Fit comments
Send photos of the sample on a body or a form and the measurements you took. We compare them with the spec and write a fit comment sheet the factory can act on, with revised points of measure for the next sample.

How fit comments are written
We measure the fit sample against the spec, note what changes and why, and send revised points of measure.

Fit comment sheet
Drag the handle. On the left, sample 1 as measured against the spec; on the right, the revised spec the factory works from for sample 2. The sheet below says the same in words the sample room can act on.

Before you send it
What a fit sample is, what the sheet holds, and what we do not change.
Not on the list?
The first garment a factory sews from your spec, made so you can check the fit before anything else is approved. It is tried on a body or a form, measured and compared with the spec.
The document you send back after a fit sample: each point of measure with the spec, what the sample measured and the difference, plus written comments and the revised measurements for the next sample.
No. Photos on a body or a form and your measurements are enough to write the comments. If a photo does not show what we need, we ask for another angle first.
No. We write the corrections and the revised measurements. The pattern change itself is made by your factory or your pattern maker.
Yes. We work from whatever spec the factory used. If the spec is missing points we need, we say so and suggest a tech pack review.
$89 per style for each fit round. We confirm the scope and timeline by email before any work starts.
