How flats are drawn

From sketch to clean vector flats.

Your sketch or reference is redrawn as front, back and detail views with stitch lines and trims a factory can read.

Flats are the drawings: front, back and detail views of the garment. A tech pack adds everything a factory needs to make it: graded measurements with tolerances, a bill of materials and construction notes. This service is the drawings only.

They are the same family of drawing. A flat sketch is usually the clean version for line sheets; a technical flat adds stitch lines, seam placement and callouts for the factory. Tell us where the flats will be used and we draw them for that job.

A sketch, a reference photo, a sample or an existing flat to redraw, plus the views you need. If you have a style number or colorway names, include them so the files are named the way you work.

Editable vector files plus a PDF, one per style, named the way you ask. The exact formats are confirmed in your quote.

Send two or three flats from your current range and we match line weight, scale and view layout, so new styles sit next to the old ones.

$79 per style, or $65 per style from 5 styles, for front, back and detail views. We confirm the scope and timeline by email before any work starts.
