What to includeRev A

Send what you have. We ask for the rest.

A rough start is fine. These four things make the quote exact.

  1. 1A sample, photo or sketch. Front and back if you have them. A garment you like the fit of works too.
  2. 2Your size range. The base size and the sizes you want graded.
  3. 3Fabric and trims, if known. Composition and weight. If not, we note what the factory must confirm.
  4. 4Your deadline. The date your factory or sample room needs the file.

We read it and reply within 24 hours by email with the tier, a fixed price and the timeline. Work starts only once you accept the quote and pay the flat fee. If your garment is not one we can spec well, we tell you by email before any fee is discussed.

No minimum. We build one tech pack the same way whether it is your first sample or a full collection. A single style is $299, or $249 per style for a collection of 3 or more.

Detailed sketches, a reference garment or even a clear written description are enough to get started. If your design still needs work, the $499 from-concept tier includes design refinement before we build the spec.

Yes, when it matters for your market or your buyers. Flag it in your brief and we call out standards like GOTS, OEKO-TEX or GRS directly in the spec. We don’t claim a certification applies to your product unless you’ve confirmed it does.

Yes. Send the brief first so we have the basics, then email sketches, photos, old specs or a sample’s measurements to garmentspec@gmail.com. Or skip the form and put everything in one email.
